This herb stripper is made in St. Augustine, Florida from poplar which is a hardwood and is used for its durability, coloring and grain. You simply hold it over a bowl or dish, pull the stem through the smallest hole it will fit in and off come the herbs. There are 8 different size holes to choose from. Seasoning this item depends on your personal preference but only use a food safe medium. Cleaning is easy using hot water and a mild soap, rinse and air dry. Do Not Put In The Dishwasher!
